Thanks for taking the time to write this. Good stuff. I actually think most pastors and seminary students already know these things. The problem is they find it easier to preach a simple gospel that leaves out much (as you detail above).

But, that's changing as people learn more and more and increasingly agitate in churches for more "meat."
